Property Officer

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain assigned residential property sites to ensure operational efficiency and upkeep
• Conduct regular inspections of property grounds to identify maintenance needs and ensure site standards
• Ensure compliance with building statutory requirements, including the Building Maintenance & Strata Management Act
• Review site conditions and recommend replacement or improvement plans to enhance property value and safety
• Deliver essential customer service support by addressing residents’ and owners’ concerns promptly and professionally
• Perform other job-related and ad hoc duties as assigned to support property management operations

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma in Building, Estate Management, or related discipline
• Knowledge and experience with Building Maintenance & Strata Management Act compliance
• Effective decision-making and problem-solving skills applied in property management contexts
• Strong customer service skills demonstrated through positive engagement with residents and owners
• Immediate availability to commence work

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Singaporean citizenship or relevant residence status (not legally mandated but preferred for employment eligibility)
