RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales & Customer Engagement
- Act as the primary focal point for customer engagement, tenders, and order‑related matters, ensuring prompt responsiveness and proactive customer communication for Key Responsibilities
Tenders / Inquiries Support & Management
- Owns and manage end‑to‑end RFQ and tender support, including document review, cross‑functional coordination, CRM administration, timely submissions, and submission tracking
Order to Cash Support and Management
- Own the Order‑to‑Cash process end to end, from order validation through fulfillment, invoicing, and collection
- Oversee order management and fulfillment by validating orders, coordinating with mills, logistics and inspection teams, and monitoring delivery schedules and OTIF performance
- Ensure accurate and timely invoicing in line with contractual terms, support collections and credit control activities, and prepare sales‑related accruals in collaboration with Finance
Performance Reporting & Business Operations Support
- Maintain accurate commercial records and deliver timely business reporting, including dashboards, forecasts, KPIs, bookings, backlog, OTIF, and accrual reporting
Sales Operations & Analytics
- Own sales operations reporting and analytics by driving regular reporting cadence, supporting S&OP and sales demand planning through demand consolidation and variance analysis, developing and automating dashboards, driving data-accuracy and process improvements, and ensuring strong data governance across CRM, ERP, and related systems
Routine Meetings
- Lead and coordinate routine commercial, tender, demand, and mill review meetings, ensuring effective communication, documentation, and action follow‑up
Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
- Preferred certifications: CRM Tools, Data Analysis (Excel, Dynamics, Power BI, SQL Basis)
- Minimum 3–5 years total experience in inside sales, order management, or sales operations within OCTG, line pipe, oilfield services, or heavy industrial environments
- Minimum understanding and user of any ERP system
- Demonstrates ability to effectively utilize technology platforms including Customer Relation Management (CRM) Tools
