Responsibilities:
1.Discharge duties as relevant in the WSH Act, WSH (Workplace Safety and Health (Officers) Regulations and Environmental Public Health Act
2. Implement and maintain WSH Management system.
3. Assist the WSH committee chairman, act as secretary to the committee and provide advice to the WSH Committee members in relevant to WSH matters.
4. Conduct team/ individual WSHE inspections and produce relevant reports and follow-ups and statistics
5. Organize / conduct WSHE briefing/ training /WSH Campaign to all employees.
6. Develop and maintain the Risk Management system of the project.
7. To investigate any incidents/accidents and advise on the remedial measures to be taken into prevent any recurrence.
8. To recommend to the occupier of the workplace or other in charge of the workplace reasonably practicable measures.
Requirements:
At least 10 years LTA/MRT WSHO working experience in construction industry
Familiar with OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 and GGBS preferred
MOM Registered WSH Officer, NEA Environmental Control Officer.
Good communication skills to liaise with associates, clients, government authorities.
Good team player.
