Job title: Research Analyst (Voice of Client) – Singapore

THE ROLE:

This role will focus on the corporate and commercial banking segment, delivering buy-side insights, identifying broad market trends, analyzing competitor landscapes, and supporting product and business strategy. The position offers strong exposure to senior stakeholders and leadership within the corporate, commercial, and transaction banking industry.

The successful candidate will join a growing team and be mentored and developed into a client-facing Senior Consultant.

• Conduct research and analysis on corporate, commercial, and transaction banking trends
• Support the team in building high-quality client presentations and reports
• Work extensively with Excel (e.g., pivot tables, data cross-referencing)and PowerPoint
• Prepare materials for client engagements and support senior team members
• Attend client meetings and gradually take on client-facing responsibilities
• Collaborate with regional teams to deliver insights and project outcomes
• Deliver “Voice of Client” insights to support strategic and tactical decision-making across:

1. Client needs and feedback analysis
2. Competitive intelligence and market positioning
3. Product and business performance insights

YOUR EXPERTISE:

• 1–3 years of experience in consulting or a related field
• Exposure to Financial Services / Banking is preferred
• Strong technical skills in Excel and PowerPoint
• High work ethic, proactive attitude, and strong willingness to learn
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
