Part-Time Mathematics Teacher

Freelance / Part-Time On-Site Mathematics Tutor

We are an education and study-abroad consultancy in Singapore, providing academic support and education planning services to local and international students.

We are currently looking for experienced and passionate Mathematics Tutors to join our team on a freelance / part-time basis.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct high-quality face-to-face Mathematics lessons for local and international students.

• Provide one-to-one and/or small-group tutoring based on students' academic levels and learning needs.

• Prepare lessons according to relevant curricula, including Singapore MOE Mathematics, IGCSE, IB and A-Level, where applicable.

• Help students strengthen mathematical concepts, problem-solving skills and examination techniques.

• Identify students' areas of weakness and develop targeted learning plans.

• Monitor students' academic progress, homework and assessments, and provide timely feedback.

• Prepare students for school examinations and relevant national/international examinations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Science, Education or a related discipline.

• Strong Mathematics foundation and problem-solving ability.

• Familiarity with the Singapore MOE Mathematics curriculum and/or international curricula is highly preferred.

• Prior Mathematics tutoring or teaching experience is preferred.

• Experience teaching Primary, Secondary, IGCSE, IB or A-Level students will be an advantage.

• Patient, responsible and able to explain mathematical concepts clearly.

• Able to commit to a stable part-time teaching schedule.
