Junior AI Adoption Specialist

Why this role exists

Every SME in Singapore has been told to "adopt AI." Almost none of them know where to start, which model to use, or how to do it without leaking their data or blowing their budget.

Your job is to find the businesses who need this and get them into a conversation. You are the front door to CWG.

What you'll actually do

• Build and work outbound lists of Singapore startups and SMEs — cold calls, email, LinkedIn, events, partner referrals.
• Run first conversations. Diagnose where a business is burning money or time, and judge honestly whether our AI solutions fit.
• Book and hand over qualified meetings to senior colleagues — and sit in on them, so you learn to close.
• Demo the basics. You'll be fluent enough in our platform to walk a founder through model routing, billing consolidation, and the pre-built agents without needing an engineer in the room.
• Help clients fund it. Many SMEs can offset adoption costs through Singapore digitalisation grant schemes. Knowing this cold turns a "too expensive" into a signed deal.
• Keep the CRM honest. Clean pipeline data, accurate notes, no phantom deals.
• Feed the product team. You'll hear objections before anyone else does. We want to hear them.

Must have

• Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Resident only.
• A diploma or degree in Business, Business IT, Information Systems, Marketing, or a related discipline. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; we're equally happy with 1–3 years of working experience.
• Some exposure to sales, business development, marketing, or any role where you had to persuade people who didn't ask to be persuaded — internships, university projects, part-time work and case competitions all count.
• Comfortable picking up the phone to someone who wasn't expecting your call. This is not optional.
• Clear written English & Chinese.
• Genuine curiosity about AI. You don't need to code, but you should already be using these tools and have opinions about them.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Singapore's SME grant landscape or experience selling to owner-operators.
• Hands-on with a CRM and outbound tooling.
• Any exposure to cybersecurity, fintech, or healthtech buyers.
