About this job
Working Hours: 10 am to 7pm , 4 weekdays 1 weekend
Basic Salary: up to $2800/mth
Location: Bishan
Duties:
- Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist customers with booking issues, payment enquiries, account matters, and service-related concerns.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Escalate complex issues to relevant departments and follow up until resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and case updates.
- Support daily customer service operations and ensure service standards are met.
Requirements
- Prior experience in customer service, call centre, or front-line support will be an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
