Job Summary

Responsible for BIM/CAD design coordination, ensuring compliance with authority standards and supporting project teams to deliver accurate, timely drawings and documentation for construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Ensure BIM standards comply with authority submission requirements to support regulatory approval
• Collaborate with Sales Team, Designers, Project Managers, and clients to align BIM/CAD outputs with project specifications and timelines
• Prepare detailed drafting works as directed to produce accurate construction documentation
• Manage receipt, distribution, recording, and filing of all project drawings to maintain document control
• Control issuance of drawings to relevant parties to ensure correct version distribution
• Prepare transmittals for drawings submitted or issued to sub-contractors to facilitate project communication
• Update and supersede drawing revision statuses to maintain current documentation accuracy
• Compile as-built drawings upon project completion to document final construction details
• Detail and document working drawings to support construction and installation activities
• Prepare documents and drawings for Professional Engineer (PE) endorsements to meet certification requirements
• Train Engineers and Designers on BIM/CAD standards and workflows to enhance team capabilities
• Communicate effectively using Email and Microsoft Teams to coordinate project activities
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned to support project and team needs
