About the role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Assistant to support our logistics and operational functions in Singapore, East side. This role is ideal for someone with a good background in supply chain, logistics, or operations, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

· Logistics & Supply Chain Management: Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries.

· Operational Support: Assist in managing warehouse and inventory operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.

· Process Optimization: Identify areas for improvement in workflow efficiency and implement solutions.

· Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.

· Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate records of shipments, invoices, and regulatory requirements.

· Customer Service Support: Address operational inquiries from clients and provide timely updates.

Qualifications:-

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and WMS systems is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin to liaise with mandarin speaking stakeholders.
• Able to start immediately or within short notice preferred
