You will manage daily HR tasks, worker work passes, and hiring needs. You will support site and office staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work Pass Administration: Apply for, renew, and cancel work permits, S Passes, and Employment Passes.
• Recruitment: Source and screen candidates for site and office roles.
• Payroll & Benefits: Process monthly payroll and manage insurance or medical claims.
• Compliance: Ensure all HR practices follow local labor laws.
• Employee Relations: Handle staff grievances and daily employee queries.

Job Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1 to 3 years of HR experience.
• Industry Knowledge: Past work in construction or related fields is an advantage.
• Local Knowledge: Strong grasp of the Employment Act and MOM regulations.
• Skills: Good communication and organization skills.
