About the Client

The Client is Singapore's dedicated South African wine specialist, representing approximately 25–30 boutique estates and over 300 labels. We connect wine lovers, corporate clients, and curious discoverers with exceptional South African wine through e-commerce, group buying, curated events, and corporate gifting.

This is a dynamic, multi-faceted role spanning digital marketing, customer service and coordination, and operations administration — perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys wearing many hats.

You will be responsible for the following (detailed job description will be provided at the point of contact):

• Digital marketing
• Customer Retention & Service
• Administration
• Logistics & inventory
• E-commerce operations
• Event management

To be successful in this role, you should have the following:

• Diploma in Digital Marketing or related field
• Minimum 3 years' of relevant experience
• Energetic, cheerful, and people-loving personality
• Enjoys meeting people and building relationships
• Comfortable with flexible working hours, including occasional evenings or weekends for events
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• A self-starter who can manage multiple tasks independently
• Strong written communication in English
• Exposure to or interest in wine and the F&B/retail/events industry
• Familiarity with Shopify (e-commerce platform)
• Experience with email or WhatsApp marketing tools
• Prior experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Experience using Xero (accounting software)
• Prior internship or work experience in marketing, operations, or events for the F&B industry is a must

This is a remote position. Business partners meet up weekly for updates.
