岗位职责
1.独立负责多个主体的收入核算与月度结账,确保账务处理及时、准确、合规
2.优化收入确认及月结流程,建立自动化核对看板与凭证检查查规则,持续提升报表质量。
3.推动AI及RPA等自动化工具在核算、对账场景中的落地,提升财务信息化效率。
4.配合团队完成流程标准化建设,协助处理审计、税务、结算、资金侧等临时性事务。
任职要求
1.本科及以上学历,会计、财务相关专业,CPA/ACCA优先。
2.2年以上财务核算经验,互联网、游戏或相关行业背景优先。
3.熟悉IFRS/US GAAP收入确认准则,精通财务软件及Excel高级分析。
4.具备流程优化意识,有AI、Python、RPA、BI看板或API数据对接项目经验者优先。
5.英语读写良好,能独立处理银行对账及多币种账务。
6.数据敏感度高,逻辑清晰,主动性强,善于跨部门协作。

Job Responsibilities

1. Independently manage revenue accounting and monthly closing for multiple entities, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant financial processing.
2. Optimize revenue recognition and month-end closing processes; build automated reconciliation dashboards and voucher-checking rules to continuously improve reporting quality.
3. Drive the adoption of AI, RPA, and other automation tools in accounting and reconciliation scenarios to improve financial informatization efficiency.
4. Support the team in standardizing processes, and assist with ad hoc matters related to audit, tax, settlement, and treasury.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA/ACCA preferred.
2. 2+ years of financial accounting experience; background in internet, gaming, or related industries preferred.
3. Familiar with IFRS/US GAAP revenue recognition standards; proficient in financial software and advanced Excel analysis.
4. Process-optimization mindset; experience with AI, Python, RPA, BI dashboards, or API data integration projects is a plus.
5. Good English reading/writing skills; able to independently handle bank reconciliation and multi-currency accounting.
6. High data sensitivity, clear logical thinking, strong initiative, and good at cross-departmental collaboration.
