Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive company growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and new opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create tailored proposals and presentations.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and suppliers.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and at least one other Asian language (e.g., Thai, Malay, Korean).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the signage or advertising industry.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel as required.
