Responsibilities

• Develop and support design concepts, space planning, and mood boards tailored to client needs
• Produce detailed technical drawings, material boards, and 3D visualizations to communicate design intent
• Engage with clients to gather requirements and present compelling design proposals
• Collaborate effectively with contractors and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and participate in project meetings to monitor progress and quality
• Research and apply current design trends, finishes, and sustainable practices to projects
• Adapt responsibilities based on experience, from assisting in design research to independently leading projects

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Demonstrate strong passion for interior design with creativity and meticulous attention to detail
• Exhibit effective communication skills to foster collaboration within teams and with clients
• Show eagerness to learn new skills (for entry-level) or confidence in managing projects (for experienced)
