Job Summary

You will develop and coordinate interior design projects from concept through construction, collaborating with project teams to deliver high-quality, timely outcomes aligned with client standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare plans, drawings, details, and specifications that comply with client standards and project requirements
• Collaborate with project managers, design coordinators, and teams to develop conceptual designs, presentations, and design documentation
• Facilitate contract management and administration to support effective project execution
• Coordinate project management activities to ensure smooth progress and timely project completion
• Use computer software such as PowerPoint, Photoshop, and SketchUp to create 3D models and presentations to enhance design communication
• Produce fast sketches and develop strong design concepts to support project goals
• Deliver project outcomes with a results-oriented approach, driving success and meeting objectives
• Work independently with integrity to achieve project milestones and maintain quality standards
• Communicate effectively and build cooperative relationships within the project team
• Partner with the Design Director and team to develop, coordinate, and implement interior design from concept through documentation, construction, and installation

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• A recognized Diploma in Interior Design or Interior Architecture, preferably with portfolios
• Minimum 1 year of local working experience
• Conversant with local codes and regulations
• Good verbal presentation skills
• Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, and AutoCAD
