Plastic Surgery Nurse (Perioperative / Clinic)

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a motivated Registered Nurse to join our Plastic Surgery team, working across both our outpatient clinic and ambulatory operating theatre.

Job Descriptions:

Outpatient Care

• Support clinic consultations and patient flow

• Provide patient education and pre-/post-procedure counselling

• Manage the full patient journey — from initial consultation through surgery confirmation to post-op follow-up

• Maintain accurate patient records in our clinic management system (SGiMED Hummingbird or equivalent)

• Monitor and maintain consumable and medication stock levels

• Build genuine, trust-based relationships with patients

Operating Theatre

• Assume scrub and circulating duties during surgeries

• Maintain surgical consumables and instrument inventory

• Uphold sterility and infection-control standards in the OT, in line with current perioperative nursing protocols

Administrative Support

• Assist with front-desk duties: answering calls, registering patients, scheduling and managing appointments

• Liaise with external partners (labs, hospitals, allied clinics, OT facilities) to coordinate patient care

• Support the wider administrative operations that keepSW1 running smoothly

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing, registered with theSingapore Nursing Board (SNB)

• Minimum 2 years' relevant operating theatre experienceas a Scrub Nurse

• Advanced Diploma in Perioperative Nursing is anadvantage

• Experience with clinic/EMR software (e.g. SGiMEDHummingbird) is a plus

• Self-driven, takes initiative, and comfortable working independently

• Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Genuine interest in aesthetics/plastic surgery patient care
