Planning Manager (Capital Equipment, Airfreight)

• Develop and manage charter and load plans for oversized or irregular capital equipment shipments.
• Prepare aircraft loading instructions, coordinate revisions with airlines, and secure approval from load masters.
• Oversee ULD packaging and cargo build‑up, ensuring warehouse teams execute load plans accurately despite dimensional variances.
• Provide ongoing training to freight and warehouse staff on handling complex, non‑standard cargo.
• Optimize cargo planning to maximize yield, reduce airline costs, and ensure timely uplift schedules.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in in airfreight and capital equipment logistics.
• Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills, especially when actual cargo dimensions differ from planned specs.
• Effective time management with proven ability to coordinate across customer service, warehouse, and airline stakeholders.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills to manage multiple changes and ensure smooth execution.
