Key Responsibilities
1. WSQ Course Collaboration
- Identify and recommend suitable WSQ courses aligned with our learner profile and market demand.
- Provide information on relevant WSQ courses, Skills Frameworks and competency requirements.
- Support the evaluation and selection of suitable WSQ programmes.
- Explore opportunities for joint course delivery and training collaboration.
- Support the development or adaptation of suitable training programmes where appropriate.
2. WSQ Training Capability Development
- Advise on the requirements and practical processes for developing WSQ training capabilities.
- Support the development of appropriate training, assessment and quality assurance systems.
- Advise on trainer, assessor and curriculum developer requirements.
- Provide guidance on course development, assessment and training delivery standards.
- Share industry knowledge and practical experience relating to SSG/WSQ training operations.
3. Training Centre Development
Work with the management team to assess readiness for WSQ training operations.
Identify gaps in current systems, personnel, courseware, assessment and quality assurance.
Support the preparation of relevant documentation and operational procedures.
Where appropriate, support in navigating the relevant SSG / TPGateway processes.
Requirements
We are particularly interested in candidates who have:
- Practical experience in WSQ training and adult education in Singapore.
- Experience working with SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) or the Training Partners Gateway (TPGateway).
- Experience in WSQ course development, delivery or assessment.
- ACLP, ACTA, DACE, DDDLP or other relevant adult education qualifications.
- Knowledge of Skills Frameworks and WSQ competency-based training.
- Experience working with training providers, PEIs or corporate training organisations.
- Strong understanding of training quality, assessment and compliance requirements.
- Candidates with ACLP + DDDLP and practical experience in WSQ course development are particularly encouraged to apply.
