Pest Control Manager

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Pest Control Manager to lead our pest control operations and ensure high-quality service delivery to our customers.

Working days: Mon to Sat
working hour: 8am to 6pm
Salary Range: $3500 to $5500

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily pest control operations and service activities.
• Conduct site inspections and assess pest issues to recommend appropriate treatment methods.
• Ensure pest control treatments are carried out safely and effectively in accordance with NEA requirements.
• Manage and guide pest control technicians to ensure proper work performance and service quality.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve pest control-related issues professionally.
• Prepare and review service reports, treatment records and other relevant documentation.
• Monitor team performance and continuously improve service quality and operational processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in pest control, preferably with supervisory or management experience.
• NEA Pest Control Technician Licence is required.
• Class 3 driving licence is required.
• Good knowledge of common pests, their behaviour and effective control methods.
• Familiar with the safe handling and application of pesticides.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Responsible, proactive and a good team player.
