About the Role:
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead business development efforts and drive revenue growth from our new Singapore office. In this role, you will not only hunt for new business but also help build and shape the sales function from the ground up. You will work closely with regional leadership to develop and execute a sales strategy that expands our footprint across Southeast Asia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Head of Sales to develop and execute a sales strategy that drives growth and meets targets

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities across the region

• Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients

• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to uncover opportunities and mitigate risks

• Work closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless, high-quality service delivery

• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management

Ideal Candidate:

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Business, or a related field

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably within freight forwarding or logistics

• Strong knowledge of international shipping processes, customs clearance, and trade documentation

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive in managing client relationships

• Must possess own vehicle and a valid driver's licence
