Assembly Operator (Tampines) | Up to $2,600/month | 4 Day Work Week

Salary & Benefits

Basic Salary: $2,300 – $2,600 per month (depending on relevant experience)

Shift Allowance:

Day Shift (12-hour): S$12/worked shift

Night Shift (12-hour): S$24/worked shift

Meal Allowance: S$8/worked day

Transport Allowance: S$8/worked day

Sundays are designated rest days

Working Hours:

Training Period (First 3 Months):

• Monday to Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

After Training:
- Rotating shifts monthly

• Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:30 PM
• Night Shift: 8:30 PM – 8:00 AM

Work patterns:

Monday – Thursday/Friday, Saturday, Monday, Tuesday/ Wednesday – Saturday

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble server chassis, hard drives, racks, and cabinets.
• Perform assembly work on the production line.
• Carry out unpacking, packaging, rack building, and related production activities.
• Maintain good housekeeping and cleanliness in the work area.
• Comply with workplace safety and quality standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in server assembly, electronics assembly, or manufacturing production!
• Able to commit to weekly rotating day and night shifts after the training period.
• Able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Able to stand for extended periods
