Admin Executive | Boon Lay | 5 days | Up to $3200 #9398

Contract: 2 years (renewable/ convertible)

Location: Jalan Boon Lay

Working Hours: Mon to Fri (8am to 5.30pm)

Salary Range: $3000 to $3200

Job Responsibilities:

• Receive and coordinate components requiring repair, including components supplied by the company and external parties

• Liaise with approved external vendors to source and arrange suitable repair services for incoming components

• Interact with customers to provide timely updates and respond to their requests or inquiries

• Liaise with customers to provide progress updates, clarify requirements, and support their needs, as needed

• Manage the movement of repaired components between the company, external vendors and customers

• Maintain accurate records of components, repair status, vendor details and delivery schedules

• Perform administrative and documentation duties related to component repair and supply activities

• Use Microsoft Office applications and SAP to update records, track transactions and support daily operations

• Coordinate with different stakeholders to ensure components are repaired, returned and supplied according to requirements

• Support general office and workshop administrative activities as required

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline

• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in admin preferred

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and SAP
