Location – Rifle Range Army Camp

Duration– 1 year (renewable/ convertible)

Working Days & Time – Monday to Friday (7pm to 7am)

Salary – Up to $3500 + Completion Bonus

Job Descriptions:

• Lead and supervise production operations to achieve production, quality, safety, and productivity targets
• Plan and allocate manpower, resources, and daily production activities to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery
• Monitor production performance, machine utilization, work-in-progress (WIP), and implement corrective actions to improve operational efficiency
• Ensure production activities comply with engineering drawings, work instructions, quality standards, ISO requirements, and company procedures
• Investigate production, quality, and safety incidents, implement corrective actions, and support internal and external audits
• Oversee the control and accountability of ammunition and regulated items in accordance with company procedures and statutory requirements

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Production Management, or a related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience, with supervisory experience preferred
• Experience in production planning, manpower allocation, and shopfloor operations
• Willing to work predominantly on night shift and support day shift operations when required
