The Room Attendant Supervisor is responsible for overseeing housekeeping operations, ensuring guest rooms and public areas meet cleanliness and quality standards, and supervising a team of room attendants.

1. Team Supervision

• Supervise and assign daily tasks to room attendants

• Monitor staff performance and productivity

• Train new employees on cleaning standards and procedures

• Ensure proper grooming and discipline of staff

2. Room Inspection

• Inspect cleaned rooms to ensure they meet hotel standards

• Check for maintenance issues and report defects

• Ensure rooms are ready for guest check-in on time

3. Operations Management

• Plan daily cleaning schedules and manpower allocation

• Coordinate with front office on room status (vacant, occupied, VIP)

• Handle guest requests and complaints related to housekeeping

4. Quality Control

• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards

• Monitor use of cleaning chemicals and equipment

• Maintain inventory of linen, amenities, and supplies
