Electrical Engineering Supervisor (Semiconductor)

Salary: $2,800 - $4,000 (Based on Experience)

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

• Monthly Rest Days: 8

Responsibilities:

• Supervise electrical installation works at semiconductor and high-tech project sites

• Oversee cable laying, cable trays/trunking, electrical panels, power distribution, equipment connections, and earthing

• Plan daily site activities and supervise electricians, technicians, and workers

• Ensure installations comply with approved drawings, specifications, schedules, quality, and safety requirements

• Conduct site inspections and follow up on defects and rectification works

• Coordinate electrical testing, commissioning, and project handover

• Work closely with Engineers, QA/QC, Safety teams, subcontractors, and customers

• Maintain site, progress, and inspection records and report manpower or technical issues

Requirements:

• NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, Building Services, or a related field

• Relevant experience in electrical installation, M&E, or engineering project supervision

• Semiconductor fab or facilities project experience is an advantage

• Able to read electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, and layouts

• Familiar with electrical testing, inspection, commissioning, and site safety requirements

• Good supervisory and site coordination skills

• Able to lead workers and manage daily site activities effectively

• Willing to work at different project or customer sites when required

• Candidates able to start work immediately or on short notice will have an advantage
