• Baker & McKenzie.Wong & Leow is seeking highly motivated Associates, with more than 3 years of post-qualification experience to join our highly regarded M&A practice in Singapore. This is an excellent opportunity to work on sophisticated, high-value, and complex cross-border transactions for leading multinational and regional clients, as part of a dynamic and collaborative team.

About the Candidate

• We are looking for a lawyer with more than 3 years of post-qualification experience in cross-border and private M&A, ideally gained at a top-tier or international firm. You will have strong academic credentials, excellent technical and drafting skills, and a commercial mindset. The role requires a client-focused and collaborative approach, with the ability to work across jurisdictions. A proactive attitude, sound legal analysis, and interest in business development are essential, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
