What You’ll Do:

• Support daily e-commerce operations including order processing, delivery scheduling, inventory updates, processing of return & refund request.

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via platform chats and email, ensuring a high standard of customer service and timely resolution of customer issues.

• Coordinate with the Logistics Department and courier partners to ensure orders are processed and picked up for delivery daily.

• Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date product listing information, including pricing, inventory, product descriptions, banners, and other relevant content across e-commerce platforms.

• Assist with the submission and setup of promotional campaigns on e-commerce platforms.

• Liaise and communicate with respective e-commerce platform Account Managers on operational and campaign-related matters.

• Prepare and generate regular reports and provide relevant operational updates.

• Support other ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by management.
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Diploma in any discipline.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Working knowledge of the backend systems of Shopee, Lazada, FairPrice Online, and Shopify is an added advantage.

• Possess good customer service skills and a customer-oriented mindset.

• Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Strong communication skills, self-motivated, and possess a positive attitude.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.

• Candidates with a short notice period or who are available to start immediately will have an advantage.
