Administrative & Marketing Assistant

Job Summary

The Swim Side is a kids swimming school seeking a full-time Administrative & Marketing Assistant to support office and marketing tasks. This role involves client communication, database management, invoice processing, and creating social media content. No swimming instruction required.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to enquiries from prospective clients and students to provide accurate information and support
• Collect and address feedback from coaches, clients, and students to improve service quality
• Generate and issue invoices to clients accurately and on time
• Prepare and distribute payment slips to coaches efficiently
• Update and maintain comprehensive databases for coaches and clients to ensure data accuracy
• Coordinate with external vendors and consolidate schedules to support smooth operations
• Perform daily office administrative tasks to maintain an organized work environment
• Attend swimming classes to capture photos and videos for marketing purposes
• Create engaging content tailored for social media platforms to increase brand awareness
• Publish advertisements on Meta and other platforms to promote services effectively

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Organized and detail-oriented to ensure accuracy in administrative and marketing tasks
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and social media tools to facilitate communication and content management
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders

• Employment Type: Full-Time, On-site only
• Salary: SGD 2,000 to 2,600 monthly
• Note: For Malaysian S Pass candidates, the employer pays S$300 levy on top of the salary
