Senior Business Associate / Front Desk Team Lead (Dental Clinic)

Ready to step into a leadership role? Take ownership of our front desk — coach the team, manage the busy periods, and make sure each patient visit goes to plan. Fixed day hours and a supportive group behind you.

Work schedule: 5-day work week on a rotating shift, including at least one weekend day. Two rest days every week. Day shifts 8:30am to 6:15pm. No night shifts. Clinics closed on public holidays.

What you'll do

• Run the front desk day-to-day and resolve operational issues independently

• Coach and develop the team; uphold service standards

• Manage difficult situations and service recovery

• Audit appointments, recalls and records; suggest improvements

• Carry out the administrative work behind daily clinic operations

What we're looking for

• Solid front-desk experience plus team supervision or training experience

• Able to perform all core front-desk duties well: patient booking, payments, insurance claims and correspondence

• Calm and organised; comfortable owning settlement and daily operations

• A local diploma or equivalent (required)

• Rotating roster including one weekend day
