Sales Consultant / Senior Sales Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Conduct professional pre-move surveys in clients' homes, understanding their requirements, concerns and expectations.
• Build strong rapport and establish confidence in Classic Moving's service and expertise.
• Provide professional advice and recommend appropriate moving, packing, storage, insurance and related services.
• Manage qualified opportunities from initial survey through proposal, follow-up, negotiation and close.
• Proactively follow up opportunities and overcome objections to maximise conversion.
• Achieve agreed revenue, gross margin and conversion targets.
• Maintain strong pricing discipline while maximising profitable revenue from each opportunity.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and revenue.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and CRM records.
• Ensure a professional and comprehensive handover of confirmed business to Move Coordination and Operations.
• Work closely with Marketing and Group Business Development to provide feedback on lead quality and client requirements.

The Person

We are looking for a proven consultative salesperson and strong closer, ideally with experience selling high-value services directly to consumers.
