Job Summary

Provide professional skincare treatments and advice to clients while promoting suitable products. Maintain high service standards and support retail operations to ensure client satisfaction and smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients’ skincare needs and provide professional, tailored advice to enhance treatment outcomes
• Perform facial and skincare treatments following company standards to ensure client safety and satisfaction
• Recommend, educate, and promote appropriate skincare treatments and products to clients to support their skin health
• Ensure client comfort and satisfaction after each treatment session through attentive care and follow-up
• Build and maintain positive rapport with clients to foster trust and repeat business
• Assist with retail operations including stock taking to support inventory management
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of workstations and treatment areas to uphold hygiene standards
• Represent and promote the mtm labo brand positively in all client interactions

Required competencies and certifications

• Cidesco, ITE, CIBTAC, or other recognized beauty-related qualifications
• Basic knowledge of skin concepts and practical facial massage techniques
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in skincare or beauty treatments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients effectively
• Service-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Junior Executive specialization in Personal Care, Beauty, Fitness Service, or equivalent
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn continuously
• Ability to work collaboratively as a team player
