Senior Sales Support Executive / Order Management

Job Summary

Our client is an established food manufacturing and distribution company looking for an experienced Senior Sales Support Executive to manage customer orders and support the daily coordination of the sales support team.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end customer orders, including processing, amendments, returns and exchanges.

• Coordinate with Operations and internal departments to ensure timely order fulfilment.

• Handle customer enquiries, delivery issues, billing matters and service escalations.

• Process debit/credit notes and maintain accurate order records.

• Support and guide junior Customer Service staff in daily operations.

• Coordinate work schedules, manpower allocation and daily task delegation.

• Monitor Customer Service performance and prepare relevant reports.

• Identify service or operational issues and support process improvements.
  

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or related discipline.

• Relevant experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Sales Support or Customer Operations.

• Strong hands-on experience in order processing and order fulfilment.

• Experience guiding or coordinating junior Customer Service staff will be advantageous.

• Proficient in ERP / order management systems.

• Food manufacturing, FMCG, distribution or manufacturing experience will be advantageous.

• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

• Comfortable providing occasional Saturday and Public Holiday support when required, with time off provided accordingly.
