About this job
- Understand and articulate deliverables; segregating deliverables into manageable work items ensuring consistent & fluid release pipeline across regional instances.
- Takes technical responsibility across all stages and iterations of software development.
- Lead the development team to drive efficiently in delivery, improve quality through best practice standardization of process and deployment.
- Lead the cadence and team, working with product owners ensuring backlogs are prioritized, sufficient detail exists in readiness for sprint planning session.
- Undertake analytical activities and deliver analysis outputs, in accordance with customer needs and conform to agreed standards.
- Investigate operational needs & problems, opportunities, contributing to the recommendation of improvements in automated and non-automated components of new or changed processes & organization.
- Works closely with Product Managers, Architects and Project Managers to deliver quality software services.
- Apply data analysis, design and modelling techniques to establish, modify or maintain a data structure and its associated components.
- Applies tools, techniques and processes to administer, track, log, report on and correct configuration items, components and changes.
- Maintains security administration processes and checks that all requests for support are dealt with according to agreed procedures.
