Baking Assistant

Do you love baking and want to improve your skills in a professional kitchen? We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible baking assistant to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Assist the head chef in daily baking production, including breads, pastries, and other baked goods

• Prepare and weigh ingredients according to recipe specifications

• Clean and maintain baking equipment, tools, and work areas

• Help monitor ingredient inventory and restock or report needs on time

• Follow standard procedures for processing, shaping, and baking semi-finished and finished products

Requirements:

• About 1 year of baking-related experience; passionate about the baking industry

• Basic knowledge of handling doughs and batters

• Meticulous and responsible with a strong team-oriented attitude

• Able to work early mornings and stand for extended periods

• Graduates of a baking school are preferred

Working hours:

• 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM

• 1 day off per week
