1.Job Responsibilities
(1)Network Infrastructure Support
Provide on-site support for customers’ wired and wireless networks (Wi-Fi), internet connectivity, and internal network security. Rapidly respond to and resolve network issues including outages, latency, and authentication problems (e.g. 802.1X, VPN).
(2)End-User Device Life-cycle Management
Responsible for the full life-cycle management of end-user devices, including initial deployment of desktop computers (primarily Windows-based), software installation, daily maintenance, as well as configuration and management of peripherals such as printers and scanners.
(3)Windows Domain Administration
Perform basic Active Directory (AD) administration tasks, including user account creation, access rights management, domain joining, Group Policy Object (GPO) application, and shared folder management.
(4)Server & Data Security Operations
Responsible for routine inspections and basic troubleshooting of customer Windows Servers. Execute scheduled data backups and verify backup integrity to ensure business continuity.
(5)Vendor Management
Coordinate with third-party vendors and service providers for maintenance, repair, and support matters.
(6)Documentation & IT Asset Management
Maintain up-to-date IT asset inventories, system configuration documentation, and prepare incident reports, root cause analysis, and periodic operations reports as required.
(7)Support for ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
2.Job Requirements
(1)Education
Diploma and above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
(2)This position requires frequent communication with HQ based in Beijing, China and require to communicate in Mandarin.
(3)Technical Skills
·Proficient in Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word);
Solid understanding of TCP/IP networking, with working knowledge of VLAN, DHCP, and DNS;
·Basic configuration and troubleshooting experience with networking equipment from vendors;
·Entry-level experience in Windows Server administration, including AD, SMB, DHCP, and DNS roles;
(4)Demonstrates strong customer service awareness and patience, capable of handling technical support requests under pressure.
(5)Exhibits good team spirit and can assist or coordinate with colleagues in IT operations and support tasks.
(6)Willingness to learn new technologies.
(7)Understands and complies with relevant requirements of Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
3.Work Arrangement
Fully on-site.
4.Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break.
