About this job
Support the commercial and cost-management aspects of construction projects, with a focus on tender documentation, claims, payments and final account settlement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other related commercial documentation.
· Assess progress payment submissions from subcontractors and suppliers.
· Prepare progress claims and variation order submissions for clients.
· Support the settlement and closing of final accounts with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Diploma in Quantity Surveying, CivilEngineering, Building or a related discipline.
· Candidate without experience are welcome to apply; relevant Quantity Surveying or construction experience will be an advantage.
· The final appointment and seniority level will be commensurate with the candidate’s relevant experience and overall suitability.
· Able to work independently and manage deliverables within tight deadlines.
