Job Summary

You will lead and coordinate construction site activities, ensuring efficient task assignment, resource organization, and compliance with safety and quality standards while maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise construction workers to ensure timely and efficient task completion
• Develop and provide detailed work schedules for construction teams to optimize productivity
• Assign specific tasks to workers based on project requirements and skill sets
• Liaise effectively with contractors, managers, and stakeholders to maintain project alignment and communication
• Translate blueprints into actionable construction plans to guide on-site activities
• Organize and allocate equipment and manpower to meet project deadlines and operational needs
• Maintain and enforce safety protocols and quality standards to ensure a safe and compliant work environment
• Keep detailed and accurate records of daily construction site activities for reporting and tracking purposes
• Adapt to night shift work requirements as needed to support project timelines
