Account Executive – AP/AR & Full Set

📍 International Business Park | $2,800 – $3,200 + Bonus

• $2,800 – $3,200 basic + Variable Bonus
• 5-day work week, Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
• International Business Park
• Exposure to Singapore & Malaysia accounting

Your Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain full sets of accounts
• Handle day-to-day Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Prepare accounting schedules and maintain accurate financial records
• Support monthly closing activities and balance sheet reconciliation
• Assist with yearly audits and liaise with internal and external auditors
• Assist with inter-company billing and transactions
• Manage collections and payments as part of the end-to-end accounting process
• Ensure accounting records are accurately updated and reconciled
• Ensure accounting practices, controls and procedures comply with company policies
• Assist in improving internal controls, accounting processes and reporting systems
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, legal representatives, bankers and other external parties
• Support management with other ad-hoc accounting and finance assignments

What We’re Looking For

• ITE / Diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
• 1 year of relevant hands-on accounting experience in AP/AR
• Good knowledge of full-set accounting
• Knowledge of Singapore and Malaysia accounting
