Machinist (CNC & Conventional Machines)

• Up to S$3,500 Basic + AWS (1 Month) + Variable Bonus (Up to 2.5 Months)
• Night Shift Allowance: S$14 per Night
• Flexi Benefits: S$500 per Year
• Monday – Friday | Rotating Shift Every 2 Weeks
• 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM / 7:30 PM – 5:00 AM
• Work Location: Pioneer (Company Transport Provided)

Job Summary

We are looking for skilled Machinists to operate CNC and conventional machine tools for the machining, repair, and modification of precision components. The role requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC and conventional machine tools, including milling, grinding, lathe, EDM, drilling, and other specialized equipment.
• Perform machining operations for precision components, tooling, jigs, fixtures, dies, gauges, and product parts.
• Carry out rework and modification of components according to engineering requirements.
• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and work instructions.
• Use precision measuring instruments, gauges, and hand tools to ensure machining accuracy.
• Maintain production records and documentation.
• Assist junior machine operators with machine setup and operation when required.
• Ensure product quality, equipment care, housekeeping, and production targets are achieved.
• Comply with all Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) requirements and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Good mechanical aptitude and machining knowledge.
• Experience operating CNC and conventional machining equipment is preferred.
• Comfortable working rotating day and night shifts.
