• Up to S$3,500 Basic + AWS (1-Month) + Bonus (Up 2.5 Months)
• Night Shift Allowance: S$14 per Night
• Flexi Benefits: S$500 per Year
• Monday – Friday | Rotating Shift Every 2 Weeks
• 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM / 7:30 PM – 5:00 AM
• Work Location: Pioneer (Company Transport Provided)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced TIG Welder to perform precision welding and repair of high-temperature alloy gas turbine components. This role is ideal for candidates with strong welding expertise who enjoy working in a high-quality manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and perform TIG welding on high-temperature alloy components.
• Carry out repair and restoration of gas turbine components.
• Perform blending and finishing repairs to meet quality standards.
• Ensure product quality while meeting production targets and schedules.
• Maintain equipment and good housekeeping practices.
• Comply with all Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) policies and report unsafe conditions.

Requirements

• NITEC in Mechanical Engineering is an advantage.
• Min 3 years of TIG welding or related experience.
• Experience welding high-temperature alloys is preferred.
• Able to work rotating day and night shifts.
