Accounts Assistant & Bookkeeper

Responsibilities

• Record all data entries for accounts and sales/operations departments
• Vendors and inventories entries
• Able to handle AP, AR, Bank Reconciliation
• Knowledge of full set accounting procedures an advantage
• Filing and general administration duties
• Office administration duties & basic HR matters

Requirement

• Minimum ‘O’ level & higher and related accounting qualification
• Minimum1-2 years working experience in freight forwarding industry
• Mature and have good communication and interpersonal skills, confident and meticulous
• Able to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment and multi-task
• Possess good working attitude willing to learn
• Must be able to start work immediately
• Open to Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents only
