Position Summary
The In-Process Quality Control (IPQC) Engineer is responsible formonitoring, controlling, and improving in-process quality during opticaltransceiver manufacturing. This role ensures early defect detection, processcompliance, and continuous improvement of in-line quality performance.
Key Responsibilities
· Perform and oversee in-lineinspections across critical processes:
· DB / WB / AA / Assembly / Test
· Monitor and control:
· Process quality
· Defect trends
· Yield performance
· Identify and implement containmentactions for quality issues
· Ensure compliance with:
· SOP and Work Instructions
· Control plans and inspection standards
· Support root cause analysis and correctiveactions
· Provide feedback to Manufacturing andEngineering teams for improvement
· Maintain inspection records, quality data,and reports
