Warehouse Assistant

Position Summary

Weare seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Assistant to join the ACCTON TECHNOLOGYSG PTE. LTD in the West Region. This is a full-time position that plays a vitalrole in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse facilities. As aWarehouse Assistant, you will support the day-to-day activities of ourwarehouse, contributing to the efficient movement, storage, and handling ofgoods. This role is essential to maintaining our high standards of service andensuring customer satisfaction through accurate and timely warehouseoperations.

KeyResponsibilities

· Manage the receipt, storage,issuance, and tracking of materials to support smooth production operations

· Verify delivery documentsagainst purchase orders and report any discrepancies

· Organize and store items indesignated locations according to type, usage frequency, and safetyrequirements

· Issue materials to productiondepartments based on job orders and production schedules

· Conduct regular cycle countsand periodic full inventory audits

· Ensure compliance forsensitive materials and high valued materials.

· Coordinate closely withproduction, and quality control teams

Requirements:

· Prior warehouse experience is preferred.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

· Able to handle heavy loads/ items up to 30kg.

· Strong team player who is able to work independently.

· Good organizational and communication skills, with a positive,proactive and eager-to-learn attitude.

· Able to multitask effectively and perform well in fast-pacedenvironment.

· Forklift license and/or experience operating a reach truck willbe an added advantage.

· Able to commit overtime as and when required
