IT Infrastructure Engineer - Business Projects

Provide hands-on IT infrastructure and site operations support for a clinical pharmacology site in Singapore, ensuring reliable and secure IT services while supporting business and infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on support for end-user hardware, software, Microsoft 365, network connectivity and IT assets.
• Manage IT incidents and service requests through the ITSM platform, ensuring timely resolution and SLA compliance.
• Support device provisioning, employee IT onboarding, technology training and IT asset lifecycle management.
• Coordinate with regional and global IT teams, vendors and service providers to resolve infrastructure issues and support site technology initiatives.
• Act as the on-site IT lead for assigned projects, covering requirements gathering, infrastructure readiness, implementation, UAT, cutover and post-go-live support.
• Support infrastructure refresh, network and equipment deployment, change management and site-level technical activities.
• Track project risks, issues and deliverables while ensuring solutions comply with relevant IT, security and GxP requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in IT, Computer Science or other related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure support
• Hands-on experience with Windows 10/ 11 & MS 365
• Strong experience in Business Projects
