Join a leading global pharmaceutical company as a Clinical Project Specialist, responsible for the effective management and implementation of clinical trials within the Clinical Research Unit (CRU), ensuring compliance with GCP, SOPs and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage clinical studies from planning and implementation through to close-out.
• Act as the primary liaison between the CRU, Sponsors, investigators, monitors, vendors and Ethics/Institutional Review Boards.
• Coordinate study timelines, site initiation, monitoring and close-out visits, training and study meetings.
• Support protocol and study document development, regulatory submissions, safety reporting and trial documentation.
• Monitor study progress, risks, issues and deliverables, and coordinate timely resolution with relevant stakeholders.
• Manage study-related vendors, supplies and budget tracking.
• Support audits, inspections, SOP updates and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Nursing, Sciences, Health related or Management field
• Minimum 5 years of Clinical Research Coordination Experience
• Willing to travel overseas
