IT Retail Merchandiser

Job Summary

Manage IT product displays and stock across multiple retail stores to ensure brand standards, support promotions, and provide market insights that drive sales and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain IT product displays across assigned retail stores to ensure brand consistency
• Ensure products are displayed, priced, stocked, and presented according to brand guidelines
• Conduct regular store visits to verify product visibility, stock availability, and display conditions
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with teams to replenish inventory promptly
• Ensure promotional materials, price tags, and point-of-sale displays are accurate and current
• Monitor competitors’ pricing, promotions, product launches, and merchandising activities to inform strategy
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with store managers and retail sales teams
• Provide actionable feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities
• Support new product launches, promotions, roadshows, and other retail marketing activities
• Prepare regular reports detailing stock status, merchandising effectiveness, and store observations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in IT retail, merchandising, consumer electronics, or retail operations
• Basic knowledge of laptops, PCs, printers, accessories, and other IT products
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with retail teams and stakeholders
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing multiple retail locations independently
• Ability to travel comfortably between different retail stores
• Positive attitude with effective follow-up and problem-solving skills
