Hotel Cleaner

About the role

You will be responsible for keeping guest rooms and common areas clean, welcoming and ready for each guest. This is a hands-on role suited to someone reliable, careful and comfortable working independently across our hotel locations.

Key responsibilities

✓ Clean and prepare guest rooms after check-out and carry out scheduled housekeeping.

✓ Change bed linen and towels, make beds, and clean bathrooms thoroughly.

✓ Vacuum, sweep and mop floors; wipe surfaces; remove rubbish; and maintain common areas.

✓ Replenish toiletries, drinking water and other guest supplies.

✓ Check rooms for damage, missing items or maintenance issues and report them promptly.

✓ Keep cleaning supplies organised and assist with periodic deep cleaning when required.

What we are looking for

✓ Prior hotel housekeeping or professional cleaning experience is preferred, but training can be provided.

✓ Reliable, punctual and detail-oriented, with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently.

✓ Physically able to stand, bend and carry cleaning supplies during the working day.

✓ Able to work a six-day roster, including weekends and public holidays when scheduled.

✓ Basic spoken English; a valid Singapore Class 3 or 3A driving licence is preferred.
