HRBP (Regional/HR Operation/Stakeholder Management/Compliance) LT2

Responsibilities

• Serve as the HR Business Partner for designated business units, providing end-to-end HR support across the employee lifecycle.

• Partner with stakeholders on recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, compensation & benefits, and offboarding.

• Provide guidance on HR policies, employment legislation, and HR best practices.

• Handle employee relations matters, including employee concerns, investigations, and disciplinary cases where required.

• Maintain accurate employee data within the HRIS and prepare HR reports and analytics.

• Support and drive HR initiatives across areas such as Learning & Development, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment, and HR process improvement.

• Participate in regional and global HR projects to enhance HR service delivery and operational excellence.

• Ensure compliance with employment legislation, internal policies, and HR governance standards.

• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and provide trusted HR advisory support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.

• At least 5 years of relevant HR Business Partner or broad HR Generalist experience.

• Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, and HR operations.

• Experience using HRIS and preparing HR reports or analytics.

• Good understanding of Singapore employment legislation and HR compliance.

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

• Proactive, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
