Product Sales Specialist (Respiratory Therapist/Ventilator) LT2

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop assigned hospital and healthcare accounts.

• Drive sales growth and achieve assigned sales targets.

• Identify new business opportunities and build strong customer relationships.

• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and discussions with healthcare professionals.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.

• Manage the full sales process, including quotations, tenders, negotiations, and follow-up.

• Coordinate with internal technical, application, and service teams to support customer requirements.

• Provide product training to customers and end users.

• Coordinate product delivery, installation, training, and project completion.

• Support exhibitions, seminars, product launches, and other marketing activities.

• Maintain sales forecasts, opportunity updates, and customer activities in the CRM system.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.

• At least 2–3 years of experience in the medical device industry.

• Experience with ventilators, respiratory care equipment would be advantageous.

• Experience dealing with hospitals or healthcare customers would be preferred.

• Good communication, presentation, and customer relationship management skills.

• Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with different internal teams.
