Quantity Surveyor (Electrical) - East

Our esteemed client in the M&E Engineering industry is seeking a Quantity Surveyor (Electrical) to join their dynamic team:

• Employment Type: 3 years contract
• Position: Quantity Surveyor (Electrical)
• Location: East (Nearest MRT: Paya Lebar)
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon to Thu, 8.30am to 6pm; Fri, 8.30 - 5.30pm)
• Salary Package: Up to $6,000 + Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, control, and monitor tender documentation and Bills of Quantities throughout tender and post-tender stages. Reporting to the tender team.
• Manage tender documents, drawings, and updates in line with document control procedures.
• Review tender drawings to prepare accurate enquiries and perform quantity take-offs.
• Assist in obtaining quotations, selecting subcontractors, and distributing tender documents.
• Support tender evaluation, submission preparation, and compliance checks.
• Interpret M&E drawings and verify site variations for claims support.
• Assist in certifying completed work and validating subcontractor claims.
• Monitor claims progress, payments, and material orders for financial oversight.
• Maintain organized records for audit and substantiation purposes.

Job Requirements:

• At least Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of related working experience.
• Knowledge of M&E systems and requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; quick learner open to new technologies.
